We’re seeking a Data & AI Implementation Lead to spearhead the deployment of GenAI and Agentic AI use cases for one of Australia’s leading insurers. This is a high-impact contract role for a proven leader who can move seamlessly between strategy and delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and implementation of GenAI and Agentic AI solutions across key business functions.
- Partner with C-suite, product, and technology teams to identify, prioritise, and deliver AI use cases.
- Translate AI strategy into measurable outcomes - improving customer experience, efficiency, and risk management.
- Drive operating model change, adoption, and best practices in AI governance and ethical use.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong track record of delivering AI implementations in financial services.
- Experience with GenAI platforms, LLMs, and agent-based AI frameworks.
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams with executive-level influence.
- Hands-on knowledge of AI delivery lifecycles (MVP through to production).
